罗忠

罗忠,1983年生,重庆大学“青年百人计划”预聘制助教授,研究员,博士生导师。

2006年毕业于重庆邮电大学,获得工学学士学位;

2011年毕业于重庆大学生物工程学院,获得博士学位(硕博连读);

2012年-2015年9月在新加坡南洋理工理学院化学与生物化学系进行博士后研究;

2015年9月加入重庆大学生命科学学院。

主要研究内容:化疗药物体内易失去生物活性,能与机体蛋白质发生相互作用,影响药物代谢与排泄方式。结合生物学、化学、材料学和医学的优势,设计/构建负载抗癌药物的生物响应性靶向纳米药物传输体系,规避生物相互作用和提高肿瘤的靶向治疗效果,这是一个亟需解决的基本科学问题和临床医学难题。已在Angew. Chem. Int. Ed、JACS、ACS Nano、Advanced Materials Advanced Functional Materials、Biomaterials等期刊共发表50余篇国外SCI论文,影响因子大于10的10篇,H指数15,SCI引用1000余次,ESI高引用(>1%)论文5篇。获得重庆市自然科学奖一等奖、重庆市优秀博士论文等奖项,应邀参加多次国际学术会议并做学术报告。

当前研究兴趣包括:1.生物功能性纳米材料的设计与抗肿瘤效应评价;2.肿瘤生物治疗与免疫联合治疗的基础与临床应用;3.多模态医学影像学与疾病的检测、诊断分析;4.恶性肿瘤的发病机制与分子调控干预策略
